Has the cryptocurrency age came or it is still on its way? There are hundreds of altcoins exist and new ones are coming out daily! Doesn't that mean that we live in the new age - the age of cryptocurrencies?
On the other side, no one still takes Bitcoin seriously...
Bitcoin has earned, thanks to time and presence in the mass media, in the cryptocurrency par excellence. Such has been the approach of the general public to this virtual currency, that even houses that accept Bitcoin as the only method of payment are sold.
More than 200,000 people in the world buy bitcoins daily, and demand continues to rise, so we can expect it to break records once again. However, there are some indicators - at least that's what the experts say - that are not too optimistic in this sense, and that is that their high cost, their vulnerability to possible hacks and their enormous fluidity leave in doubt their viability in the medium-long term.

The legal status of cryptocurrencies varies substantially from country to country and is still undefined or changing in many of them. While some countries have explicitly allowed their use and trade, Like in UAE a Real Estate company named Arabian Escapes is giving services that BTC can be offered instead of money while buying any property but on other hand, many others have banned or restricted it.
