Seems just like a very overly presumptuous article. Personally, I don't think bitcoin is worth anything more than 12k in the long run, maybe less. The thing is the tech for bitcoin isn't as good as some alt coins that in the long term, could result in a flip of the largest coin. Bitcoin is old, and hasn't aged well. The transaction times, and fees are not that of a coin that is worth over 15k at the moment. You can't use it as a currency, it's impossible. Bitcoin will never replace any sort of fiat as long as blockstream is running things.
