Well, they are different in many ways: technology, team, industry, volatility, popularity. What exactly do you want to know?
Maybe the scope, what kind of technology? at least to start
I'd recommend learning stuff on Wiki:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bitcoin
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethereum
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ripple_(payment_protocol)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NEM_(cryptocurrency)

I know that recommending such heavy reads might look very lame. There are many blog posts that describe the coins, but all the blogs do it briefly.
If you want to be serious with crypto, consume meaty and deep WIki pages rather than overviewing amateurs' posts.
Thank you very much!!!!

I would totally agree with Monero as a long-term investment! I do believe that this altcoin has a lot of potential and not only due to the anonymity of transactions, even though its privacy features can be considered as the strongest advantage compared to other cryptocurrencies. Monero is currently in 11th place which proves that it is already taking the top and that investors look favorably to it. Also, it is predicted that Monero price can hit $810- $945 by December 2020. I took this numbers from one blog post which review's future capabilities of Monero and it has strengthen my belief in this cryptocurrency: https://www.bitdegree.org/tutorials/mon ... ction_2020

What is your opinion about these predictions? Do you think they will come true?
