Well, i just thought, if bitcoin become a currency of one Country, maybe it can destroy that country? Think of it, Bitcoins do not have a tax, and tax are used by the government to make that country a good one, without tax, what will be used to spend and make that country a good one?
What do you think?
Re: Do you think Bitcoin can ruin a Country?
#2Bitcoin will never reach into mainstream because it's too volatile. It's just unstable and investors has fears to put money into BTC. It's also not scalable. Would you wait 15 minuts to buy cup of caffe?
Solution may be projects of alt coins like Nebula Network - it's decentralized storage cloud with emission mechanism tied to the suppy. Thanks of it it's rock stable and independent from Bitcoin.

#3Bitcoin and cryptocurrency can ruin a country in terms of dividing the power of the government. The exchange rate/power of the dollar in each country in most cases is managed by central banks and the government. With cryptocurrency, a volatile and uncontrolled currency, you would decentralize the power causing a huge impact on the market. This case would only be valid under the assumption that the market fully adapts crypto and the government allows it to happen (in most situations, not likely).
There are many companies looking to adopt the idea and the next five years will determine a lot for cryptocurrency.

#4Another country is planning to create its own cryptocurrency.
The Republic of the Marshall Islands intends to issue the Sovereign, or SOV, to supplement the U.S. dollar as its legal tender.
So maybe it is a good choice as these are introducing in such a way

#5I don't think so any cryptocurrency will ever be used in such a scale. I mean in official way. So there is no way for any country to get destroyed by that. On the other hand if it would be about creating totally new and independent country running only on crypto, well that interesting. What are your ideas
